Store FAQ:

Most of your work seems to be original, large-scale, stone projects. What is the purpose of having a store full of smaller, cast reproductions?
Many of my friends and fans want a sample of my work for their homes but cannot afford an original stone sculpture. So to meet these requests, I created these affordable cast resin reproductions of some of my favorite small sculptures. The resin is high quality for indoor and outdoor use.

Note:
Every sculpture is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and Handling charges (S&H) are listed for each item. There is a minimum of $6 per order, with the exception of the book "Staglieno, The Art of the Marble Carver," which is $3 S&H. Illinois residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Inquire about a shipping discount on orders of multiple pieces. We do ship internationally; call or e-mail us for shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly replace any products that arrive damaged. Simply notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the broken piece(s). For regular returns or exchanges, we require a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified within 7 days, and the item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be in resalable condition. We do not pay for shipping charges on returns or exchanges unless we have made a shipping error.

Do you do anything special for gift orders?
You can place an order as a gift, to be shipped to a different address. We will enclose a gift card. When you confirm the order on Paypal you will have the option to change the shipping address. Be sure to use the "special instructions" box to tell us what to write on the gift card.

How can I order if I am uncomfortable sending my credit card number over the internet?
We use Paypal for secure order processing. All data sent through the order form is encrypted for security. If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information on the Internet, you can order off-line by calling us directly at 847-568-1188.

Any special care instructions for outdoor use?
We recommend you bring cast resin sculptures indoors during the winter if you live in a cold climate. Wash them periodically with lukewarm water and mild dish soap. Do not use abrasive material; a sponge or soft cloth is fine. Protect them from ice and frost. All water features should be drained in the winter.

Do you sell email addresses?
We use your e-mail address only to confirm orders and shipping, and to respond to your questions. Your e-mail address will be kept confidential; it will never be used for spamming, nor given out to anyone else. Our postcard section does not save or collect e-mail addresses. Our newsletter uses strict opt-in with confirmation, meaning you have to sign and then confirm that you want to receive it; you will then be able to unsubscribe at any time. Addresses subscribed to the newsletter will not be used for any other purpose. Site traffic logs are only very general; we use them to get an overall picture of page traffic.
